In this course, the menu is not set in stone, but rather the chef assesses the day's stock and the most seasonal ingredients to prepare a special dish just for the customer.

We use only carefully selected ingredients that are worth more than their price, such as premium seafood from Sanriku and rare local ingredients.You can look forward to the dishes served when you arrive.
